After jogging the board almost all the way through the Websaw stop and jog the board back towards
the operator station. If the fence is correctly aligned causing the board to ride against the fence
inbound the board will ride away from the fence when reversed back towards the operator.
Adjust the fence until the wood rides against the fence going into the saw and away from the fence
when backing the wood towards the operator.
Set saw blade to 90 degrees
Select a board to cut that has a 90 degree front cut. Place the board into the saw and allow the
Websaw to cut the front end of the board off. Once the front cut is made back the board out.
Check the angle with a large carpenters square (do not attempt to use a speed square and make sure
your square is actually square). Keep adjusting the angle until the 90 degree cut is exactly square.
Repeat cutting the end of the board off once or twice to make sure you are getting consistent results.
If the angle needs adjustment go into the “Cycle Status” screen in Websaw.
