Under “Set 90 Degree Angle” note your current “Angle”. If the board you cut was less than 90
degrees increase the “Angle” number using the “New Angle” selection box. Apply your settings by
hitting “Save”.
Exit to the main Websaw screen and
Home the Blade
.
Note the angle settings are not set until you
home the blade after making the angle change.
Once again repeat cutting a 90 degree angle and check that the board is on 90 degrees. If still not on
90 degrees repeat these steps until it is.
Check board is in center of blade pivot
Cut a double 45 and check that the point of the 45 is in the center of the board.
Typically this would be 1.75 inches to the center but could vary depending on the width of the
lumber. If your double 45 is not in the center of the board carefully adjust the fence in or out while
not losing the angle already setup in step #1.
Adjust the fence by moving all bolts the same amount. One full turn on teach bolt is about 1/8 of an
inch.
Repeat process until the double 45 is centered on the board.
