Procedure

7. Remove the four screws holding the monitor to its mount-
ing plate.

8. Detach the VGA cable and slide the monitor forward.
□
9. If the VGA cable also needs to be replaced, complete this
procedure. If not, go on to the next procedure in the sequence.

10. Attach the new VGA cable to the old VGA cable and care-
fully pull the old VGA cable down through the monitor mount-
ing tube support.
NOTE: It may be necessary to cut several tie wraps that hold the old VGA
cable to the auxiliary terminal. To make access easier, remove the front support
bracket for the fan/shroud assembly by removing the four mounting screws.

11. Detach the new VGA cable from the old VGA cable and fin-
ish removing the old cable.

12. Thread the new VGA cable down the left inside of the auxil-
iary terminal (as viewed from the rear).
