• Remove the carburetor mounting bolt and nut.
• Remove the carburetor.
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the throttle cable

from the slit in the throttle valve

, and then remove the throttle valve

along with the jet needle

and throttle valve spring

• Separate the jet needle

and throttle valve

• Disconnect the carburetor hose

• Disconnect the carburetor overflow hose

• Remove the thermoelement

Do not disassemble the thermoelement. It is not service-
able.
