• Remove the kick starter driven gear

, kick starter shaft spring

, and kick starter shaft

• Remove the cover

• Remove the element

REASSEMBLY
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” onto the inside of the kick
starter shaft spacer.
$
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
• Apply a light coat of SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” onto the
end of the kick starter shaft.
$
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
• Install the kick starter spring
1
and hook its end onto the clutch
cover hole.
• Install the new circlip to the kick starter shaft.
