Use a new O-ring

to prevent oil leakage.
• Install the front fork cap bolt to the inner tube.
• Tighten the front fork cap bolt

to the specified torque.

Front fork cap bolt: 23 N.m (2.3 kgf.m)
• Install the front fork to the motorcycle.
• Align the upper surface of the inner tube

with the upper
surface of the steering stem

• Tighten the front fork clamp bolts

to the specified torque.

Front fork clamp bolt: 23 N.m (2.3 kgf.m)
• Install the front fender and tighten the mounting screws tem-
porarily.
• Install the front brake caliper. (

• Move the front fork up and down several times.
