CRANKCASE
• Install the shim

and two dowel pins

• Apply SUZUKI BOND “1215” to the mating surface of the right
crankcase.

99000-31110: SUZUKI BOND “1215”
• After installing the left crankcase onto the right crankcase, pull
the left crankshaft with the special tools to smooth rotate crank-
shaft.

09910-32812: Crankshaft installer
09910-20116: Conrod holder
09911-11310: Crankshaft installer attachment
• Tighten the crankcase screws diagonally.
NOTE:
* After the crankcase screws have been tightened, make sure
that the crankshaft rotates smoothly.
* If the crankshaft does not rotate smoothly;
1) try to free it by tapping it with a plastic hammer.
2) Separate the crankcase and perform the crankshaft shim
selection once again.
• Install the new oil seal

to the left crankcase using the special
tool, as shown.
