Chapter 5: System Configuration
• To view older data, use the RIGHT arrow key to display the date and type of calibration/
verification of older records.
• The codes indicating the calibration/verification type are as follows:
CCS : Cell Slope Calibration
CCZ : Cell Offset Calibration
VER : Verification
3. Press EXIT at any point in the CAL/VERIFY HIST menus to return to the previous menu or twice to
return to the Main Menu .
MAINTENANCE
The MAINTENANCE option allows you to view the maintenance status of the five maintenance items.
1. Press VIEW from the Main Menu to view the status.
2. Highlight MAINTENANCE by using the arrow keys and press ENTER . Pressing ENTER with any
option highlighted will display the maintenance status of that item.
• For the PUMP TUBING , REAGENT , ZERO BORON RESIN , and DI RESIN maintenance items,
the age of the item is displayed along with the time remaining until the component must be
replaced.
• For the DATA CARD maintenance item, the size of the data card is displayed in megabytes,
with the time remaining before the data card becomes completely full displayed in days.
3. Press EXIT once to return to the previous menu or three times to return to the Main Menu . Using
the VIEW menu only allows for viewing the status of any of the five maintenance items.
SYSTEM CONFIG
The SYSTEM CONFIG option displays the Analyzer's serial number and firmware revision levels.
1. Press VIEW from the Main Menu to view the system configuration.
2. Highlight SYSTEM CONFIG by using the arrow keys. Pressing ENTER with SYSTEM CONFIG
option highlighted will display the Analyzers serial number and firmware revision levels.
3. Press EXIT once to return to the previous menu or twice to return to the Main Menu .
