13. Slide the plastic sleeve into the locked position.

Adjust the braking force with the brake screw as such that the Light Head is easy to move but

remains stationary in the desired position.

WARNING:

Failure to properly install the shoulder screw and secure the lock bushing

with the break screw may result in the Light Head falling.
