Apply the parking brake

– Pull the parking brake lever (1) down fully

and release.

The parking brake lever swivels back half the

distance into the middle position automati-

cally.
The parking brake is engaged and the wheels

are blocked. Driving is no longer possible.

The drive direction indicator (2) on the display

and operating unit goes out.

Releasing the parking brake

– Pull the parking brake lever (1) down fully

out of the middle position.

– In the lower lever position, pull out the lever

knob and then guide the parking brake lever

up fully.

NOTE

The parking brake lever swivels to the upper

position automatically by means of spring

force and should be guided only lightly by

hand. If the adjustment is stiff, notify the

authorised service centre.
