Commissioning
begin. Before starting work, the Checklist
before starting work must be completed.
Commissioning
After mounting the battery, the truck is ready
for operation.
NOTE
If the battery is not part of the scope of delivery,
the battery lock must be set by an expert.
Before initial commissioning, the following
checks and testing procedures should be
carried out:
• Any recognizable transportation damage?
• All control elements easy running and in
good working order?
• All electrical terminals mechanically se-
cure?
• Are important screw connections, e.g. the
drive unit mounting, firmly attached?
• Tightening torque for the wheel nuts on the
drive wheel: 195 Nm.
CAUTION
If adjusted incorrectly, the hydraulic function is
switched off too early or too late, or a reduced
performance may be observed during lifting. If
the hydraulic function is switched off too late, deep
discharging will occur, resulting in damage to the
battery.
As soon as the truck is commissioned, the charac-
teristic curve for the discharge indicator must be
adjusted according to the battery used.
