The following table is a guide for rectifying faults:
PROBLEM Possible Causes Solution
Handset/
Drive unit system
not functioning
 Mains cable not plugged
in
 No power supply to socket
 Plug not inserted properly
 Drives locked
 Handset, mains cable or
control unit is defective
 Insert mains cable; green
LED must light up
 Check mains socket and/or
fuse box
 Check plug connections
 Enable functions
 Inform the operator in order
to arrange for repairs
Handset / foot
pedal not
functioning,
adjustments are
enabled  Faulty handset
 Foot pedal has not been
separately enabled
 Replace handset.
 Enable the foot pedal

battery not
