Instruction Manual for Sicurao pesa Hospital Bed

Footboard

As a standard feature, the footboard can be completely removed (ELANO
footboard)
An optional feature is also available which allows the footboard to be removed
separately (Sicuro Classic foot section).

Removing the footboard



Remove the foot section by lifting it out smoothly
and evenly. Do not tilt it!

Removing the footboard



Insert the footboard with the metal tubes from
above into the sleeves at the foot end of the
mattress base. Do not tilt it!

Only for Classic footboard:

Removing the footboard



Raise the footboard slightly and remove it
towards the inside of the bed.

Inserting the footboard



Ensure that the footboard rests on the
corresponding bolts in all four mounting
brackets.

The openings on the locating
brackets must always face outwards
away from the bed.

Otherwise  there  is  a  risk  that  the
patient  could  lift  the  footboard  out
himself/herself.  The  footboard  panel
would then fall off onto the floor.
