Preparation:

 remove turbo charger; refer

1.  Remove 2 hex head screws M8 (SW13) at 

exhaust manifold bracket. Loosen 2 hex 
head nuts M8 (SW13). 

 

 

2.  Remove exhaust temperature sensor 

(T30) 

 
 
 

 

 
 
 

3.  Loosen 12 flange nuts SW 13  
4.  Remove connecting plates and washers. 
5.  Remove exhaust gaskets (6 units). 

Dispose gaskets.
