Remote Control – Error Codes
If a fault occurs the handset will show an error code. Use the additional error
code reference sheet to learn about the codes and how to rectify the fault
displayed. To reset the error press the power button on the handset and it will
return to normal operation. If you do not have the error code sheet please call
sales on 01325-301020 and one can be emailed to you.
Remote Control – Access / Heat Shields
The remote control valve is accessed by removing the 2 heat shields which
protect the valve and batteries from the burner heat. Please refer to the
images below.
WARNING:
The fire must never be operated without the shields
in place as the valve will be damaged. To get to the valve the glass panel and
front vanity cover need to be removed.
