NOTE:
The fireplace must be positioned within the opening with a minimum of 35mm
clearance at the back. This is critical to ensure the fire operates safely.
The outlet is on the back of the fireplace and must not be obstructed.
This minimum 35mm clearance at the back of the appliance ensures that the
products of combustion are cleared properly into the chimney.
The fireplace has a 20mm lip to allow a clean finish to the plasterboard.
Once positioned the fireplace must be secured to the base of the fireplace
opening using plugs and screws.
