Maintenance and Performance Checks

3. Cleaning the Compressed Gas Kit between Autoclave Cycles

a.

The compressed gas kit should be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol (IPA 70/
30) or another appropriate cleaner (e.g  H

, up to 6%) prior to use at 

each sampling location and after any known contamination event. IPA is 
preferred.

All cleaner residues should be allowed to fully evaporate prior to sampling.
