Scroll to a contact and press Start or press the index number, for example ‘1’ on the keypad would place a call
to Don Blue.
To add a speed dial contact:
A speed dial number can be assigned to any name in the contact directory. To add a new name that is not in the
contact directory to the speed dial list, you must first add the name to the contact directory. Assign the speed dial
number when you add the name.

Open the Contacts / Call Lists icon on the Home screen, and choose Contact Directory. Your contact directory
opens.
2.
Choose a contact and press the Edit softkey, Change option. The Edit Contact screen displays.
3.
Scroll to Speed Dial Index and enter an unused speed-dial index number for that contact.
4.
Press the Save softkey.
Accessing Voicemail
If you have voicemail enabled, your handset will display the voicemail icon in the Status Bar and the LED will flash
when you have a new unheard voicemail. The icon displays the current number of saved voicemail messages.
User Tip: How to get a voicemail account
Voicemail is an optional feature. See your system administrator to set up a voicemail account.
To access your voicemail:
1.
Navigate to Messages > Voicemail.
2.
If you have multiple lines:
a. Choose
Line
. The Line Select screen displays.
b. Highlight a line and press
OK
