Entering Text, Numbers, and Special Characters
When dialing calls or entering contact information, you will need to enter characters other than numbers. The Mode
softkey enables you to enter alphanumeric and special characters (abc…123… @#&…). The Encoding softkey
enables you to use the keyboard to change the way you enter characters per the table below.
