Power Supplies 

The standard power supply for PHOIBOS analyzers and detectors is the HSA 3500plus. The 
2D-CCD / 3D-VLEED Detector requires a second, modified, HSA 3500plus Spin. 
  
This chapter contains information about this additional power supply. Where appropriate, 
you are referred to other manuals for further information.

This section describes the features on the rear panel of the HSA 3500plus Spin. 

7.1.1

 

Filter box connectors 

There are three large connectors that lead to the filter boxes for the lens, adapter and 
deflector. Figure 27 shows the pin arrangement of the connectors.
