Connecting external alarm sensors
Connect external alarm sensors such as a door bell or
an interphone to the terminals when you use an
external alarm input as a trigger for alarm recording.

Network Connections and
Associated Settings
Using the LAN connector on the rear panel, connect
the unit to your network.
Three ID1 users who are permitted only to view the
live image and one ID2 or ID3 user can simultaneously
access the unit. When multiple users are accessing, the
number of connected users is displayed on the screen.
Connection
Attach a ferrite core to an Ethernet cable, and connect
it to the LAN connector.
Note
For the HSR-X206P only: Attach the supplied ferrite
core (large). Wind the cable two times then snap.
Settings
Perform the necessary settings with the submenu
5. NETWORK SET of the main menu 3. GENERAL
SET.

Note
For the HSR-X206P only: Bundle the cables to be
connected to ALARM IN (1 to 6, and C) and pass
them through the supplied ferrite core (large). If you
also make connections to SENSOR ALARM OUT (1
to 6, and C), bundle the cables with those to ALARM
IN to make them pass through the core together.
