You can find and play back the pictures recorded/
stored on each area of the hard disk.
You may select from among five Search modes.

Buttons and dials for search operations

Turn the Jog dial to highlight the desired search
mode.
ALARM SEARCH: To find a picture recorded in

the alarm recording area from the list.

ALARM THUMBNAIL SEARCH: To find a

picture recorded in the alarm recording area by
the thumbnail images.

TIME/DATE SEARCH: To find a picture

recorded in the alarm or normal recording area
by the recording date and time.

ARCHIVE AREA SEARCH: To find a picture

stored in the archive area.

ACTIVITY DETECTION SEARCH: To find a

picture recorded in the alarm or normal
recording area using the built-in activity
detection sensor.

Turn the Shuttle dial clockwise.

appears.
