Adjustment Procedure
1. Installing the cassette reference plate
Install the cassette reference plate to fit the
cassette poles (2 poles).
Rotate the adjustment screws of the cassette
reference plate until the cassette reference plate
has no play.
2. Reel table height check
Move the reel table height gauge at every about
120 degrees on the flange surface of the S and T
reel table assemblies. Check to see that the
specification is satisfied.
If the specification is not satisfied, adjust it by
performing step 3.
3. Reel table height adjustment
Adjust the reel table height by increasing/decreas-
ing the number of polywashers under the reel
table.

If height of reel table is lower than the specifi-
cations :
Remove the polywasher above the reel table
and insert it under the reel table.

If height of reel table is higher than the specifi-
cations :
Remove the polywasher under the reel table
and insert it above the reel table.
Confirm again that the specification is satisfied.

The reel table height gauge must pass the passing surface
and must be blocked by the blocking surface.
