6-16. Battery Connector Assembly

(DC-111 Board) Replacement

Open the inside panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-5.)

Remove the plug-in boards.
(Refer to Section 1-7.)

Remove the connector box assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-6.)

Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN115)
on the MB-1096 board.

Remove the four precision screws. While removing the
shield finger (BATT) and battery connector assembly,
pull the two harnesses out of the hole.

Be careful not to damage the harness as it is caught by
the frame.

Install the new battery connector assembly by revers-
ing the steps of removal.
