3-2-1. Cleaning the Gate Base (35) assembly
Removing
1.
Set a unit in the STANDBY OFF mode.
2.
Turn off the power.
3.
Release the two one-touch fixing screws with turning
90 degrees counterclockwise, pull the gate base (35)
assembly in the direction of arrow, then remove it
from the guide pin.
4.
Remove the adherence with air etc.
5.
Clean the top of the gate with the cleaning cloth to
which the cleaning fluid is applied.
6.
Wipe the cleaned surface with a dry cloth two or three
times.
Installing
n
When installing, be careful not to hit the gate base against
the sprocket.
7.
Install the gate base (35) assembly in the reverse order
of removing procedure 1 to 3.
[Reference]
When the groove (

) of the one-touch fixing screw is
almost horizontal, the assembly is fixed.
