3-2-2. Cleaning the Retainer (35) Assembly
Removing
1.
Set a unit in the STANDBY OFF mode.
2.
Turn off the power.
3.
Pull out the OPS cover toward you.
4.
Release the two one-touch fixing screws with turning
90 degrees counterclockwise, pull the retainer (35)
assembly in the direction of arrow, then remove it
from the guide pin.
5.
Remove the adherence with air etc.
6.
Clean the portion contacting the gate on the GND
terminals, the portion contacting the film on the film
pad and film guides with a cleaning cloth to which the
cleaning fluid is applied.
7.
Wipe the cleaned surface with a dry cloth two or three
times.
8.
Confirm that the GND terminals and film pads can
move smoothly up and down.
Installing
9.
Install the retainer (35) assembly in the reverse order
of removing procedure 1 to 4.

When the groove (

) of the one-touch fixing screw is
almost horizontal, the assembly is fixed.
