Safety working

For safety, install the FVS-1000 by four or more persons. In addition, one or more of them should be
trained for the installation.
Keeping the parts
Store the parts removed during installation, making sure that they do not damage and do not interference
with work.
Also store all unpacked accessories supplied.
Installation work
The FVS-1000 is equipped with the optical equipments, sensors and driving rail etc. of which the high
accuracy must be maintained. Be careful not to put the pressure on them or damage them with the tools.
In addition, be careful not to deform and damage the parts of driving system.
Screws

When installing the FVS-1000, be careful not to forget tightening the screws. Put away the
unnecessary screws and do not leave the screws incompletely tightened. If the parts or screws fall
during the operation, there is a possibility of causing some trouble or mis-operation.

Screws must be tightened with the following tightening torque.
