3-3. Cleaning the Optical System
Clean the following to maintain the optimum light amount.

To maintain the performance of the FLC assembly, it is kept at optimum temperature. Clean the follow-
ing to ensure the cooling effects.

Fan entrance and heat sink for FLC
Negligence to clean the following will cause the lamp life to shorten considerably. So be sure to clean
periodically.

Be sure to turn off the power before cleaning.

Each block of the system consists of the precision parts and is adjusted precisely. Be careful not to
damage each part and to apply excessive force during cleaning.

As for the S and T side PT rollers, remove dust with washing in the water or using an adhesive tape.
.
Do not touch the greased portions during cleaning. If grease adheres to the cleaning cloth, replace it
with a new one. Using a cleaning cloth smeared with grease may cause grease to adhere where it
should not.

After cleaning, do not thread the film before the cleaning fluid evaporates completely.
