adaptive_playout
The ITG has a built-in voice packet buffer, which allows the ITG to remove the
packet jitter from the incoming packet stream. The ITG also implements an adaptive
voice packet playback
algorithm, which automatically adjust the time each voice packet is buffered in the
voice packet buffer before being played out. This command is used to enable/disable
the adaptive playback function for a voice coding profile.
