The gateway implements two call progress tone detection configurations, default and
alternate, and allows users to specify which configuration will be used for call
progress tone detection. A configuration includes filter information, and a table
containing cadence information of all the call progress tones that are to be detected.
The default configuration allows for the detection of the following tones
