Adding Key Pads to the Security System 

A key pad lets customers enter security codes without using the Touchscreen. The following 
procedure describes how to add key pads to the security system. If you prefer, you can 
perform this step after activation. 

 

 

 

Note:

 To update the firmware on any key pad before adding it to the security system, reset 

the key pad to factory defaults before adding it to the OpenHome Converge system, so it can 
receive the necessary changes to communicate with the Touchscreen.
