In mixed mode the AS284-USBW or AS284-NETW can confi gure that an one 
time code can override a NRTD.

5.7.20   The battery compartment has been opened (mode S 

and I)

If the battery compartment, which also serves as a 
dismounting protection for the Input Unit, has been 
opened. This message appears when

•  lock is open while battery compartment is open, and 

when

•  lock is locked and the battery compartment has been 

opened and closed again.

The message can only be deleted by entering a valid 
Master Code or Manager Code. In mode I a so called 
battery code is required.

  Connected  with  Programming  Software (mode S and 
I)

While the lock is connected to a computer via 

USB

 cable 

and a data exchange with the AS284-USBW or AS284-
NETW Programming Software (optionally available) 
is in progress, the opposite display is shown. The Input
