8.3 Heating the frying oil/fat

the rating plate.

will find recommendations for the tem-
perature and frying time.

NOTE:
we recommend to heat the frying
fat/oil for approx. 10 to 15 minutes in order
to ensure that it is heated evenly.
As for the details of the temperature, please
refer to the packaging of the food, the frying
table (see “Frying table” on page 9) or to
the temperatures indicated on the device.

the temperatures indicated are ap-
proximate values. The temperature may vary
depending on the texture, size, and quantity
of the food, as well as your taste.

into the oil and lead to splashes.

as long as it is still hot!
