Packet Length.
The value in the pklen[7:0] register corresponds directly to the number of bytes in the
Packet. For example pklen[7:0] = ‘00001000’ corresponds to a packet length of 8 bytes.
The maximum packet length is pklen[7:0] = ‘11111111’, a 255 byte packet. Writing 0 is
possible, in this case we do not send any data in the packet. During RX, if
fixpklen = 1
