7.3 Alignments
The alignment function is used to calibrate errors caused by temperature drift.
Automatic alignment:
After automatic alignment is turned on, the analyzer determines and triggers temperature error
calibration logic based on temperature changes.
Calibrate now:
Perform a temperature error calibration immediately.
Command format :CALibration:STATe 0|1
:CALibration:STATe?
Note Sets/gets the automatic calibration switch
