4.4.10 Software Installation
The software of the P.M. board will be occasionally upgraded and
will be supplied on the same CD-ROM as the system software.
1.
From the “Maintenance” menu in the exam screen, select
“PM”.
2.
Select “Download Software to PM.”
3.
Select the line “Ver: pm” and click OK; the system will
download the software and will reset the P.M.
4.
Click “OK”.
4.4.11 Changing Keyboard Language
1.
In the “Start” menu, select “Setting” and “Control Panel."
2.
Double click on “Keyboard “ icon.
3.
In the ”Keyboard Properties” dialog :If the required
language is in the “Input Locals” list skip to step 5.

Click “Add”
5.
In the “Add Input Local” select the required language
from the “Input Locals” drop down box and click OK.
6.
In the “Keyboard Properties” box, select “Input Locals”
select the defined language from the “Input Locals” list,
click on “Set As Default”, and click “OK”.
7.
If the language was added the system will ask you for
Windows NT Workstation CD-ROM. Place the CD-ROM
in the drive, wait for a while. Close the WinNT setup
dialog. Click OK to add the necessary files.

***Warning: Do not start WinNT setup***
9.
***Close the setup dialog when it pops up***
10.
Verify keyboard working according to the selected
language.
4.4.12 System Software Installation
1.
Insert the TransScan CD-ROM 3 Ver. 2.xx into the CD-
ROM drive. Autorun begins the installation.
2.
Select "Next." The software installs automatically.
