8. Reduce the SITOP output voltage to the rated value of 24 V ± 0.1 V (measured on the
output of the SITOP power supply -G11).
9. Switch off the miniature circuit-breaker F11 and then switch it on again.

Checking the voltage monitoring relay -A11
1. Ensure that only the auxiliary voltage is connected (the circuit-breaker is open).
2. Measure the voltage at the measuring input "U1" of the voltage monitoring relay -A11.
3. To verify the trip level, slowly increase the SITOP output voltage until the tripping operation
of the voltage monitoring relay -A11. In this process, measure the trip value on the
measuring input "U1". This value must be between the limit values of 25.2 V - 26.4 V.
4. Reduce the SITOP output voltage to the rated value of 24 V ± 0.1 V (measured on the
output of the SITOP power supply G11).
5. Switch off the miniature circuit-breaker F11 and then switch it on again.
6. Log the test (see sections "Cyclic function test log" and "Acceptance certificate").
Note
If the voltage monitoring relay trips outside of the 25.2 V - 26.4 V range, then it must be
replaced by a new device to ensure the safety function. The settings that are then necessary
for the voltage monitoring relay -A11 are described in the section "Adjusting the voltage
monitoring relay -A11 (only necessary when replacing)".
"Safe Torque Off" function test
The function test "Safe Torque Off" comprises test steps 1 to 8 (function test of the second
switch-off path: Opening the circuit-breaker) and test steps 9 to 15 (testing the basic function
"Safe Torque Off").
1. Make sure that the circuit-breaker is closed.
2. Set the delay of the safety relay -K110 to the minimum value of 0.5 seconds.
3. Activate the safety function, e.g. with the mushroom pushbutton.
4. Check whether the circuit-breaker has opened (mains disconnection).
5. Reset the delay time of the safety relay -K110 to the original time.
6. Release the mushroom pushbutton.
7. Make sure that the motor does not start.
8. Activate the acknowledge button.
9. Ensure once again that the circuit-breaker is closed.
10.Activate the safety function, e.g. with the mushroom pushbutton.
