1)
Door remains stationary during initialization
run (no OPEN or CLOSE signal present, or
door has reached end position)
•
Approach the OPEN and CLOSED positions.
•
Keep the opening and closing commands active until the
controller has detected both the OPEN and CLOSED posi-
tions (at least 1 s after reaching the end positions).
•
There is a discrepancy between the current door width and
the learnt door width.
Repeat the learn run.

CAN error
•
Set the CAN baud rate of the controller to the baud rate of
the CAN bus. Observe the lengths of the lines when doing
so.
•
Check the wiring of the CAN bus.
•
The CAN bus is being disrupted by another node.
•
Check the terminating resistor of the CAN bus.

Fault
1
RAM, EEPROM or CPU error (system error) Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
2
Braking chopper defective
•
Check the input voltage of the controller at the power supply
connector X3:
The maximum supply voltage permitted for the controller is
36 V +3%.
•
Check the line voltage.
•
Check the power supply and replace it if necessary
•
The door is driven in the drive direction by an external force
(for example an excessive door weight). Eliminate the exter-
nal force
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
3
Fault in the 2nd shutdown method
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.

1)
Motor has not been defined
•
Perform a new learn run with this motor. See Section Learn
•
Motor type is unknown. Check the motor used.
•
Check the wiring between motor plug X7 and motor.
7
Motor incremental sensor fault
•
Check the wiring between motor plug X7 and motor.
•
Motor is defective. Replace the motor.
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
•
Contact resistance between controller and motor is too high.
Check motor plug X7 and motor connecting cable.
9
Motor overcurrent
•
Check the wiring between motor plug X7 and motor.
•
Motor is defective. Replace the motor.
•
Controller is defective. Replace the controller.
