Speaker:
The other party’s voice is
heard through the speaker.
Display:
This displays messages to
help you operate the handset.
Program keys:
Press one of these
keys to select the function that
appears above it in the bottom (left
or right) corner of the display.
Power on / Talk key:
Press to turn
on the handset power. Press to
make or answer a phone call.
During a call, press to activate
hands-free talking.
C (cancel) key
Press to cancel, delete, or return to
the previous menu.

Phonebook key:
Press to dial a
number stored in the handset’s
phonebook (p. 23). Hold down to
dial a number stored in the machine.
During a call, press to start fax
reception.
Voice box key
: You can store the
number of your voice mail service in
this key. To dial the number, simply
hold down the key (p. 32).
Number keys:
Use to dial numbers.
Lock key:
Press to lock the keys on
the cordless handset (p. 33).
F (flash) key:
Use to access special
services from your phone company
that require subscription (contact
your phone company for details).
Arrow keys:
Use to navigate
through settings.
Off key
: Press to end a call. Hold
down to turn off the power.
OK key:
Use to enter a setting or
access a sub-menu.
Redial key:
Press to view or dial a
number from the call log (p. 25).
INT (Intercom) key:
Press to
transfer a call (p. 21) or use the
intercom function (p. 22).
Microphone:
Speak into this.
