INFORMATION
For information on the functionality of frequency inverters and possible faults, refer to
the following documentation:
•
"MOVIDRIVE
®
MDX60B/61B" system manual.
If the application reports a failure, the respective error number of the highest prioritized
error is displayed on the status display of the device or on the PZO display unit. Two
error states are distinguished:
•
ERP (Error Pending): An error is present.
•
ERA (Error waiting for Acknowledge): The error is no longer present. But the error
has not yet been acknowledged.
In the MOVIVISION
®
plant software all active errors or errors that have not been ac-
knowledged yet are displayed in plain text at the node for the inverter. For further in-
formation, refer to the following documentation: “Parameterizable Plant Software
MOVIVISION
®
– Error Messages in Connection with a MAXOLUTION
®
System Solu-
tion” manual.
8.7.2
Switch-off responses
The following switch-off responses occur in the frequency inverter depending on the
error. In all cases, the frequency inverter of the device remains inhibited in error
status.
Immediate stop
The device can no longer decelerate the drive. In the event of an error, the output
stage goes to high-resistance and the brake is applied immediately.
Rapid stop
The drive is decelerated with the stop ramp. The brake is applied when the stop speed
is reached. The output stage goes to high resistance after the brake application time
has elapsed.
Emergency stop
The drive is decelerated with the emergency stop ramp. The brake is applied when the
stop speed is reached. The output stage goes to high resistance after the brake appli-
cation time has elapsed.
