7.3.1

Applying the Ethernet configuration using the ID module

The communication and control unit at the fieldbus has the following IP settings at the
time of delivery and after repair:

•

IP address MNC45A controller: 192.168.1.99

•

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

The ID module is described using MOVIVISION

®

 with the required Ethernet configura-

tion via the USB-M12 adapter as shown in the following figure:

Make sure the device is switched off.

1. Connect the ID module to the connection X4401.

2. Switch on the device.

ð

The ID module is read out by the boot loader that is installed on the device. The
Ethernet configuration is transferred to the device.

3. Check if the IP address is correct. The IP address is displayed by the status dis-

play during the boot phase.
