● Overhead Crane Lifting
● Hand Chain Hoist Lifting
● Roller Lifting
When using an overhead crane or a hand chain hoist, make sure:
Roller is suitable for narrow space and no crane or hand chain hoist situations. Lay several rollers on the ground
one by one, put the cabinet on the rollers and use the crowbar to move the rollers to the installation position.
● The bearing of crane or hand chain hoist is in the permission scope.
● The lifting wire rope is long enough, and the strength can bear the device weight.
● Forbidden to lift the cabinet by using the wire rope through lifting cord hole directly, a wire rope
with safety hook is needed.
● Avoid to hurt the surface of cabinet, while handling by overhead crane, hand chain hoist or
roller
● When any cabinet is hoisted, 4 rings must be used at the same time.
● When liftthe power cell cabinet, in order to prevent the body deformation, the angle between
the rope and the cabinet shall not be less than 60°.
● When lift the transformer cabinet, except for the special description of the location of the
packing label and drawing position, the transformer's own flat part should be hoisted, and the
transformer cabinet body can not be hoisted. (see Fig. 7-2). If there are multiple fans installed
on the top of the transformer cabinet, the fan must be moved when the transformer is hoisted,
and it should be restored to its original sample after hoisting.
● Be careful when operate inside transformer cabinet, strictly prohibit touching the transformer
coil with hard objects, and prevent foreign matters from falling into the cabinet. Meanwhile,
when lift the transformer, hoisting angle should consider the position of the top cover and fan
position, so that the fan or the cover plate can not be forced or deformed.
● The cabinet should be placed on a flat ground, otherwise the metal shell of the VFD may be
deformed, so that the door is misplaced and cann’t be normally switched.
● When the cabinet is lifted, the personnel are strictly forbidden to stand under the lifting
