5.2.6 Fault Record
The fault record window displays all heavy faults that occurred on the VFD after power on. Fault record display
contents include: fault time, fault name, VFD running frequency during fault, VFD output voltage during fault and
VFD output current during fault. When system appears power cell fault, operator can check the detailed power cell
fault information in the fault record. The fault record display interface is shown in Figure 5-13.
Fault record information can also be viewed according to time. Click the key in the fault record window,
and the time window is set up on the interface, as shown in Figure 5-14. The operator can enter the time of query
to find out the corresponding failure information quickly.

parameter value of the touch screen to the controller. “Parameter upload” is uploading the system parameter
value of controller to the touch screen. If the system parameters are changed, users need to push “parameter
download” key to change the same parameter in controller; If no parameter download operation, after transfer to
other windows, then that system parameter which has been changed before will restore the value before setting
up. After VFD changed HMI or PLC, if the system parameters are values set in the controller, users only need
to push “parameter upload” key, no need to enter the parameters one by one, more convenient for operators.
Push “parameter download” (or “parameter upload”) key, it will pop up the VFD parameters download or upload a
successful or failed window, as shown in Figure 5-12.
