For some applications it is recommendable to limit the transit time
of the actuator to prevent it from engaging too fast in the running
process.
Code 21 has priority over Code 15.

The function is not activated when the fail-safe function or
solenoid valve is triggered nor upon failure of the auxiliary
power.
