Troubleshooting guide
No phones are
ringing on
incoming calls
The Mute function is
activated from an
external device
connected to the I/O
interface of the
terminal.
If the Mute function should not be
activated, deactivate it from the
external device.
The call types for the
handset interfaces
are not set up
correctly.
Check the call types for your handset
interfaces. See
