Chapter 1 Selecting and Playing Sounds

Press the Footage Type button (indicator lights).
Each time you press the button, the indicator will alternate between ON (lit)
and OFF.
There are a total of three types of Footage voices.

Press the Upper Footage button (indicator lights).
Each time you press the button, the indicator will alternate between ON (lit)
and OFF.
Try combining various pitches and play the Upper keyboard.
Various pitches can be combined for the Lower keyboard in the same way
as for the Upper keyboard.
Footage tablets and pitch correspond as follows.

Press the Percussion [4’] button or [2 2/3’] button (indicator
lit).
Play the Upper keyboard and notice that an attack has been added.

Press the [Fast Decay] button (indicator lit).
The percussive sound will decay more quickly.
NOTE
Pitch bend, glide, and
sustain effects are not
applied to the footage.
