The exchange of air must be ensured in the
place in which the cooker is installed, spe-
cially if the room is small and the windows
and door frames have hermetical closure.
The flow of air must be ensured also in pres- ence of other combustion devices, aspiring
hoods, chimneys or vent-holes.
The air intake must have a minimum surface
of 80 cm².
2.7 ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
This connector allows a tolerance of about 1
cm in order to make the installation easier.
The tolerance is available according to a sin- gle direction that depends on the orientation
of the connector (see picture 8).
The connection to AC power for the cook-
ers with oven must be done by experienced
people according to local laws. The installer
is responsible for the correct connection ac-
cording to safety rules. To make the con-
nection you have to connect a network
cable to the terminal board situated in the
rear of the kitchen. In addition to the phase connection, it is obligatory the earthing of
the device. The cable and the other elec-
trical devices must be dimensioned for the
electrical charge to sustain and must not
touch points 50° hotter than the ambient
temperature (picture 9).
