Rizzoli S.r.l. is constantly working to improve its products, for this reason the contents of this booklet
may vary without notice.
Possible operations made out of the warranty pe-
riod or in the cases in which warranty is not appli-
cable, will be charged according to the pricelist in
force. In this case will be also charged the price of
the spare parts.
• circulation pump activation temperature set on
the thermostat or on the control unit to a tempe-
rature lower than 55° C;
• lack of anti-condensation valve in the system in
presence of a heat accumulation system (boiler or
puffer) or characterized by considerable thermal
inertia;
• lack of a safety system as described in chapter 3
and as stated by the existing technical laws;
• water boiling in the boiler;
• use of the thermal cooker with boiler empty or not
connected to the system;
• use of the thermal cooker without the sheets insi-
de the combustion chamber;
• excessive or not proper wood loading in the com-
bustion chamber;
• use of not adequate combustible (wood not dry,
coal, other combustibles);
• problems caused by rambling power generated
by missed earthing of the system and the thermal
cooker;
• use of antifreeze inside the boiler;
• use of calcareous water;
• chimney not adequate, the chimney must meet
the specifics indicated in chapter 2.
