Operation Modes
Measurement lower limit
The lower limit for measurement is determined by the noise level.
This is the level that is indicated when a dummy load of 1000 pF is connected
to the PICKUP connector and the sensitivity switch is set to 5.00 pC/(m/s
2
).
In order to limit the infl uence of noise upon the measurement to no more
than 1 dB (approx. 10%), the lower limit is set to a point two times higher
than the noise level.
