Return Format
The query returns CHAN1, CHAN2, CHAN3, or CHAN4.
:TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN
Syntax
:TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN <cond>
:TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN?
Description
Sets or queries the trigger conditions of Runt trigger.
Parameter
Name
Type
Range
Default
<cond>
Discrete
{NONE|GREater|LESS|GLESs}
NONE
Remarks
NONE: indicates that no trigger conditions of Runt trigger are set.
GREater
:
triggers when the width of the runt is greater than the current minimum width of the runt
(i.g. lower limit of the pulse width, refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WLOWer command).
LESS
:
triggers when the width of the runt is smaller than the current maximum width of the runt (i.g.
upper limit of the pulse width, refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WUPPer command).
GLESs
:
triggers when the width of the runt is greater than the current minimum width of the runt (i.g.
lower limit of the pulse width, refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WLOWer command) and smaller than the
current maximum width of the runt (i.g. upper limit of the pulse width, refer to
the :TRIGger:RUNT:WUPPer command).
Return Format
The query returns NONE, GRE, LESS, or GLES.
:TRIGger:RUNT:WLOWer
Syntax
:TRIGger:RUNT:WLOWer <width>
:TRIGger:RUNT:WLOWer?
Description
Sets or queries the minimum pulse width (i.g. lower limit of the pulse width) of Runt trigger when the
trigger condition is "GREater" or "GLESs" (refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN command).
Parameter
Name
Type
Range
Default
<width>
Discrete
The range of <width> is from 4 ns to 4 s when the trigger
condition is "GREater".
The range of <width> is from 4 ns to 3.99 s when the
trigger condition is "GLESs".
1 us
Remarks
If the trigger condition is "GLESs" (refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN command, the minimum pulse width
must be smaller than the current maximum pulse width (refer to the :TRIGger:RUNT:WUPPer command).
Return Format
The query returns the minimum pulse width in scientific notation.
